FENCING OF PUC COMPOUND ON EVE ISLAND - PRASLIN

Closing Date:

Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.

Subject:  PUC intends to undertake fencing works to secure its property on Eve Island Praslin. The works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Site clearance
  2. Removal of existing fence & carting away
  3. Excavation and backfilling works
  4. Concrete works
  5. Supply and install of palisade fencing

Collection of Tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Thursday 14th May 2026 to Thursday 21st May 2026,08:00am to 12:00 noon. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Friday 22nd May 2026 at 10:00am at the PUC administration office /Head Office, Baie St Anne Praslin, followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visits on the project site after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked
“FENCING OF PUC COMPOUND ON EVE ISLAND - PRASLIN” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 8th June 2026 at 10:00am.

Opening of Tender:  Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time:  Monday 8th June 2026 at 10:00am at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
