CIVIL WORKS FOR A SMALL SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT LA GOGUE

Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.

Subject: PUC intends to undertake the construction of a small sewerage treatment works, at La Gogue.  The works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Site Clearance
  2. Excavation and backfilling works
  3. Construction of a reinforced concrete foundation
  4. Construction of retaining wall and site preparation
  5. Construction of chain-link fence and gate

Project duration is 1 month

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Wednesday 27th May 2026 to Monday 1st June 2026,08:00am to 12:00 noon. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document. 

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday 2nd June 2026 at 10:00am at the PUC Head Office Roche Caiman, Electricity House followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visits on the project site on Tuesday 2nd June 2026

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked
“CIVIL WORKS FOR A SMALL SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT LA GOGUE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Tuesday 9th June 2026 at 10:30am.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time:  Tuesday 9th June 2026 at 10:30am at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
