Access to Tender Dossier: | The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section, Seychelles Airports Authority at Sunshine House, First Floor, Providence, Mahe as of Wednesday 27th May 2026 to Tuesday 02nd June 2026 between 9:00amto 3:00pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500/- each. |
Pre-Tender Site Visit: | A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Wednesday 03rd June 2026 at 11:00am. The meeting place shall be at the Information Desk, opposite the International Departure gate.
Failure to attend the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage. |
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “MANUFACTURING & INSTALLATION OF STRUCTURES FOR ADVANCE VISUAL DOCKING GUIDANCE SYSTEM (AVGDS) AT THE SIA” and deposited in the tender box located at the NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB)SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 10:00AM ON TUESDAY 23RD JUNE 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
