CONVERSION OF ANSE KERLAN MINI HALL TO PS SECRETARIAT- PHASE 2 AT GRAND ANSE, PRASLIN.     

Eligibility  : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2&3 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject: Conversion of Anse Kerlan Mini Hall to PS Secretariat- Phase 2 at Grand Anse, Praslin                                                             

Place of Performance  : Anse Kerlan, Grand Anse Praslin.

Performance Period : Twelve (12) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government &  Inner Islands, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2^nd Floor Room 235 and Grand Anse District Administration Office, Praslin as of Monday 15^th  June, 2026 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each 

Closing date for Dossier  : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday19^th June, 2026 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit  : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Monday 22^nd June, 2025at 10:00Hrs.The meeting place shall be Grand Anse Praslin DA’s office meeting room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.                                                              

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONVERSION OF ANSE KERLAN MINI HALL TO PS SECRETARIAT- PHASE 2 AT GRAND ANSE PRASLIN” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA AND GRAND ANSE PRASLIN DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, BEFORE 1100HRS ON THURSDAY 25^TH JUNE, 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
