INVITATION TO TENDER

REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS AND RE-ROOFING A HOUSE AT LES CANNELLES-
ANSE ROYALE

 

SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles

 

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractor Class 2 & 3 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: LES CANNELLES – ANSE ROYALE   

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:   6 CALENDAR WEEKS

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Department of Infrastructure Ministry of Lands and Housing , Administrative Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House, Victoria Accounts  Section as of   Monday 19th  July 2021  from 09:00 -12:00,  1:00 to 1:30 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be  Friday 23rd July 2021  not later than 12:00 noon. 

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, and the Business Registration Number / NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

 

PRE –BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 27th July 2021 at 10:00 am.  The meeting point shall be at the Anse Royale
D A’s office.

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

 

 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS AND RE-ROOFING A HOUSEAT LES CANNELLES- ANSE ROYALE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:30AM ON THURSDAY 5th AUGUST  2021.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
