THE MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND INNER ISLANDS INVITES TENDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL AT ANSE CONSOLATION, GRAND ANSE PRASLIN 

SOURCE OF FINANCE :  Government of Seychelles

Project Title  : Construction of Retaining Wall at Anse Consolation, Grand Anse, Praslin.                                                  

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject  : Construction of Retaining Wall at Anse Consolation, Grand Anse, Praslin                                                             

Place of Performance  : Anse Consolation, Grand Anse Praslin.

Performance Period : Twelve (12) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier   : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Inner Islands, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2^nd Floor Room 235 and Grand Anse District Administration Office, Praslin as of Wednesday 01^st July, 2026 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 07^th July, 2026 at 1400Hrs.  

Details of site visit  : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 08^th July, 2025at 10:00Hrs.The meeting place shall be at Grand Anse Praslin DA’s office meeting room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL AT ANSE CONSOLATION, GRAND ANSE PRASLIN” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA AND GRAND ANSE PRASLIN DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, BEFORE 1030HRS ON WEDNESDAY 15^TH JULY, 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. 

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
