NEW ROOF AND STRUCTURAL REPAIR ON THE MAGISTRATE COURT- ILE DU PORT

The Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) wishes to inform that it will be undertaking structural repair works on the Magistrate Court using carbon-fibre reinforcement and the installation of a new roof. Using “Limited Bidding Method” in line with Section 61 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

The proposed shortlisted contractors with demonstrated experience in carbon-fibre reinforcement works, as follows:

  1. Vijay Seychelles
  2. United Concrete Products Seychelles (UCPS)
  3. Allied Builders (Seychelles) Ltd

All potential participants must submit following mandatory documents along with their interests:

  • Licensed Class 1 Contractor registered in Seychelles
  • List of Contract(s) which showcase experience in carbon-fibre reinforcement works
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2026

In line with Regulation 77. 4. (d) of the Public Procurement Regulations,2014, any potential Contractor(s), with the relevant experience, requiring any information on this Procurement or wishes to express interest in participating in the procurement and meet the above eligibility criteria, may contact or submit their applications to the address below;
