INVITATION TO TENDER

EXTENSION OF ACCESS ROAD AND EXTENSION OF DRAIN AT BARBARONS –
GRAND ANSE MAHE  

 

SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles

 

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: BARBARONS - GRAND ANSE - MAHE 

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  16 CALENDAR WEEKS

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Department of Infrastructure Ministry of Lands and Housing, Administrative Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House, Victoria Accounts Section as of Thursday 29th July 2021from 09:00 am to 1:30 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 200 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 4th August 2021 not later than 12:00 noon. 

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, and the Business Registration Number / NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

 

PRE –BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 5th August 2021 at 10:00 AM. The meeting point shall be at the Barbarons Bus Depot.

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

 

 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

 

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “EXTENSION OF ACCESS ROAD AND EXTENSION OF DRAIN AT BARBARONS – GRAND ANSE MAHE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:00AM ON   THURSDAY 19TH AUGUST  2021.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM.

 

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
