CONSTRUCTION OF DRAIN AND IMPROVEMENT OF MOTORABLE ACCESS ROAD AT LA RETRAITE, ANSE ETOILE.

The Ministry of Local Government and Inner Islands invites tenders for the Construction of Drain and Improvement of Motorable Access Road at La Retraite, Anse Etoile.

SOURCE OF FINANCE  :  Government of Seychelles

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in

Seychelles.

Subject  : Construction of Drain and Improvement of Motorable Access Road at La Retraite, Anse Etoile.

Place of Performance  : La Retraite, Anse Etoile.

Performance Period : Twelve (12) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier   : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Inner Islands, Accounts Section, Oceangate House, Room 235 as of Monday 31^st August, 2026 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1430Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday04^thSeptember, 2026 at 1430Hrs.  

Details of site visit   : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Monday 07^th September, 2026 at 11:00Hrs.The meeting place shall be at Anse Etoile DA’s office meeting room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF DRAIN & INSTALLATION OF MOTORABLE ACCESS ROAD AT LA RETRAITE, ANSE ETOILE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11:00HRS ON WEDNESDAY 16^TH SEPTEMBER, 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
