CONSTRUCTION OF CULVERT AND CONCRETE ROAD AT RIVER SIDE, PORT GLAUD

The Ministry of Local Government and Inner Islands invites tenders for the Construction of Culvert and Concrete Road at River Side, Port Glaud.

CONSTRUCTION OF CULVERT AND CONCRETE ROAD AT RIVER SIDE, PORT GLAUD.

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2&3 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject  : Construction of Culvert and Concrete Road at River Side, Port Glaud.

Place of Performance : River Side, Port Glaud.

Performance Period  : Six (6) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier  : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Inner Islands, Accounts Section, Oceangate House, Room 235 as of Monday 14^th September, 2026 at 08:30am to 12:00pm and 13:00pm to 14:30pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each 

Closing date for Dossier  : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday18^thSeptember, 2026 at 14:30pm.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Monday 21^st September, 2026 at 10:00am.The meeting place shall be at Port Glaud DA’s office meeting room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF CULVERT AND CONCRETE ROAD AT RIVER SIDE, PORT GLAUD” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:00AM ON WEDNESDAY 30^TH SEPTEMBER, 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. 

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
