TENDER FOR THE RE-ROOFING OF WAREHOUSE AT EVE ISLAND CARGO TERMINAL - BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms:  Contractors Class 1 & 2 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:  Eve Island Cargo Terminal - Baie Ste Anne Praslin

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:     Eight (8) Weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) at the Procurement Office, Latanier Road, New Port, Victoria, Mahe and at the SPA Accounts Office at the ERO Passenger Terminal, Baie Ste Anne Praslin as from Monday 21^st September 2026 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 25^th September 2026 not later than 1500hrs.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid Class 1 & 2 license, upon purchase of the tender dossier.  Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 2^nd October 2026 at 1030hrs. The meeting point shall be at the Eve Island Cargo Terminal, Baie Ste Anne Praslin.  

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, “TENDER FOR THE RE-ROOFING OF WAREHOUSE AT EVE ISLAND CARGO TERMINAL – BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA OR AT THE SPA ACCOUNTS OFFICE AT THE ERO PASSENGER TERMINAL, BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN, BEFORE 1000HRS ON WEDNESDAY 21^ST OCTOBER 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.  

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
