PROJECT TITLE: RENOVATION WORKS ON BLOCK A AND B AT ST ANDRE HOUSING ESTATE - CASCADE 

SOURCE OF FINANCE: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (PMC)

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Contractors Class Two (2) certificate ONLY, having a valid license and registered to operate in Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Four (4) Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Procurement Office at theProperty Management Corporation (PMC) Office at Avenue Building, 2^nd Floor, Ex Krishna Mart Building at a non-refundable fee of SR150.00 as from Wednesday 30^th September 2026 as from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Deadline for obtaining the tender dossier shall be on Tuesday 06^th October 2026 not later than 2:00pm.

PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 07^th October 2026 at 10:30am. The meeting point shall be at the Car Park of the Cascade DA’s Office. For any query regarding the site visit kindly contact the project secretary on 2712481 ONE DAY before date of visit.

Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RENOVATION WORKS ON BLOCK A AND B AT ST ANDRE HOUSING ESTATE – CASCADE & DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHEBEFORE 10:30AM ON WEDNESDAY 21^ST OCTOBER  2026.  TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
