INVITATION TO TENDER

REHABILITATION WORKS AT THE ANSE ETOILE PRIMARY SCHOOL

 SOURCE OF FINANCE:      Government of Seychelles

 

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms CLASS TWO (2) & Class THREE (3) Certificate only, who has proof of undertaking similar type of project within the past three years and successful completed the works for any governmental institution.

SUBJECT:Rehabilitation Works at the Anse Etoile Primary school

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Anse Etoile Primary school

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 3 Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, Mont Fleuri, Mahé as of Wednesday 11th August, 2021 at 10.00am, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each and deadline date  for obtaining the dossier is Wednesday 18th August, 2021 at 3.00pm.

Potential Bidders should provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.  Bidders may inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT:   A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 19th August, 2021 at 10.30am. The meeting point shall be at Anse Etoile Primary school. Failure to attend the site meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “REHABILITATION WORKS - AT THE ANSE ETOILE PRIMARY SCHOOL” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE Monday 30th AUGUST, 2021 AT 10.00AM. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
