INVITATION TO TENDER

CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL AND PARKING LOT AT

CORGATE ESTATE- MONT FLEURI

 

SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles

 

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 & 3 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: MONT FLEURI

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 8 CALENDARWEEKS

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Ministry of Lands and Housing, Infrastructure Department, Administrative Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House, Victoria as of Friday 10th September 2021 from 10:00 am to 1.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250 each. Deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 17th September 2021 not later than 12:00 noon.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and Business Registration Number/ ID Card upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on  Monday 20th September 2021 at 10.00am.  The meeting point shall be at CORGATE ESTATE CLINIC.

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OFBOUNDARY WALL AND PARKING LOT AT CORGATE ESTATE- MONT FLEURI”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON MONDAY  4TH OCTOBER 2021.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00 AM.  BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
