INVITATION TO TENDER

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER:

Tender Documents will be available as from Wednesday 15th  September to Tuesday 21st September, 2021 at the Accounts Section, 2nd Floor, Oceangate House, Room 235 at the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs as from 9am -2pm.at a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 per document. Bidders are allowed to inspect the documents prior to purchase.

NOTE TO BIDDERS:

Bidders must provide a copy of valid license & company registration document upon purchase of tender documents.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “District Projects-Ref NB09/21”and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board Secretariat, Maison De Mahe, Victoria before Monday 4th October, 2021 at 11:00am. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 11:00am.

Any bids received after the submission deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the bidder.
