Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue and PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 250.00 each as from Thursday 23rd September 2021 to Thursday 30th September 2021 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday 5th October 2021 at 10:00hrs at Conference Room, PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin.

Site-Visit:A site visit will be held on the project site starting at Cote d’Or on Tuesday 5th October 2021 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender:          Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Renovation of PUC Infrastructure on Praslin (Cote d’Or)” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé and/or at the Baie Ste Anne District Administration Office, Praslin.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Tuesday 12th October 2021 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Tuesday 12th October 2021 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé and/or at the Baie Ste Anne District Administration Office, Praslin not later than 10:00hrs Seychelles time.

One Bidder is welcome to attend the opening.
