INVITATION TO TENDER

Property Management Corporation invites interested contractors to tender for the following project.

PROJECT TITLE: RE ROOFING AND CEILING WORKS ON 8 SEMI DETACHED UNITS AND ONE BLOCK OF FLAT AT NOUVELLE VALLEE – BEAU VALLON

The tender has been divided into two (2) Lots.

Lot 1 – Block E

Lot 2 – Blocks A (Unit 1 and 2), Block B (Unit 1 and 2) and Block C (Unit 1 and 2)

Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one (1) Lot only.

ELIGIBILITY:

The following are eligible to tender under equal terms. Building contractor with class One (1) and Two (2) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:

Each Lot is expected to be completed 5 months from the notice to commence.

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender documents shall be collected at the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office at Room No. 8 as from Monday 18^th October 2021 from 9am to 3pm against a non- refundable fee of SR 150.00 payable at the cashier office room No. 8. Deadline to purchase tender documents is Friday 22^nd October 2021 at 3pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & Information Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday 26^th October, 2021 at 9.30am, meeting place shall be at Beau Vallon DA’s Office.

 Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

Completed tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Re-Roofing and Ceiling Works on 8 Semi Detached Units and One Block of Flat at Nouvelle Vallee – Beau Vallon” on the envelope. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Maison de Mahe, Victoria before 10.30am on Monday 8^th November 2021.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30am. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
