RE-ROOFING AND CEILING WORKS ON 2 BLOCKS OF FLATS (BLOCK A & BLOCK B) AT EX ONEZIME ESTATE – ANSE AUX PINS (AMENDED)

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender documents shall be collected at the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office at Room No. 8 as from Wednesday 20^th October 2021 from 9am to 3pm against a non- refundable fee of SR 150.00 payable at the cashier office room No. 8. Deadline to purchase tender documents is Wednesday 27^th October2021 at 3pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & Information Meeting has been scheduled for Friday 29^th October 2021 at 9.30am, meeting place shall be at Anse Aux Pins Bus Terminal.

Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

Completed tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Title clearly marked “Re-Roofing and Ceiling Works on 2 Blocks of Flats (Block A & Block B) at Ex Onezime Estate – Anse Aux Pins” on the envelope. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Maison de Mahe, Victoria before 11.00am on Thursday 11^th November 2021. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00am. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
