RENOVATION WORKS ON BLOCK A&B, NEW BOUNDARY WALL AND EXTENSION TO EXISTING PARKING AREA AT HARRISON FLAT-ST LOUIS

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender documents shall be collected at the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office at Room No. 8 as from Friday 4^th March 2022 from9am to 3pm against a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 payable at the cashier office, Room No. 8. Deadline to purchase tender documents is Friday 11^th March 2022

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & Information Meeting has been scheduled for Monday 14^th March 2022 at 9.30am. The meeting place shall be at Harrison Flat Carpark- St Louis, Harrison Street.

Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

Completed tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Title clearly marked “Renovation works on block A&B, New Boundary wall and Extension to Existing Parking Area at Harrison Flat-St Louis” on the envelope. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Maison de Mahe, Victoria before 10.00am Monday 28^th March 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00am. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
