CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY FACILITY AT PRASLIN POWER STATION

Subject: PUC intends to construct a new sanitary facility at Praslin Power Station at Baie Ste Anne for staff well-being. The Works will comprise of the following:

  1. Demolition works
  2. Earthworks, Concrete and Masonry works
  3. Roofing and ceiling works
  4. Painting and tile works
  5. Installation of doors and windows
  6. Installation of sanitary appliances
  7. Construction of septic tank and soakaway

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue and PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 each as from Thursday 10th March 2022 to Thursday 17th March 2022 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday 22nd March 2022 at 10:00hrs at Conference Room, PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin.

Site-Visit:  A site visit will be held on the project site at Baie Ste Anne on Tuesday 22nd March 2022 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Construction of Sanitary Facility at Praslin Power Station” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé or at the Baie Ste Anne District Administration Office, Praslin.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Tuesday 29th March 2022 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Tuesday 29th March 2022 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé and at the Baie Ste Anne District Administration Office, Praslin.

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the opening.
