FENCING WORKS AT PUC’S DESALINATION PLANT AT PROVIDENCE (SEA SIDE)

Subject: PUC intends to replace the fence at the compound at the Desalination Plant at Providence. This is to ensure the safety of PUC’s workers and assets.

Performance Period: The successful Tenderer will be expected to complete the works in a period of 1.5 months from the Notice to Commence.

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Monday 04^th April 2022 to Friday 08^th April 2022 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 14^th April 2022 at 10:00hrs at Electricity House, Roche Caiman.

Followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site on Thursday 14^th April 2022 after the pre-bid meeting.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “FENCING WORKS AT PUC’S DESALINATION PLANT AT PROVIDENCE (SEA SIDE)” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 25^th April 2022 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 25^th April 2022 at10:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
