TRENCH EXCAVATION AND LAYING OF SEWERAGE PIPELINE AT MONT FLEURI (NEXT TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION)

Subject: The PUC intends to lay sewerage pipelines, next to the Ministry of Education at Mont Fleuri. The Works will comprise of the following:

  1. Excavation and backfilling works
  2. Pipe laying works
  3. Reinstatement works
  4. Reinforced concrete works

Collection of tender:Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Wednesday 6th April 2022 to Wednesday 13th April 2022 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 14th April 2022 at 10:00hrs at the Conference Room, PUC Office, Electricity House, Roche Caiman,

Followed by a:

Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site starting at Mont Fleuri on Thursday 14th April 2022 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Trench excavation and laying of sewerage pipeline at Mont Fleuri (next to the Ministry of Education)” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 28th April 2022 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 28th April 2022 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé not later than 10:00hrs Seychelles time.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
