ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Ministry of Lands and Housing, Infrastructure Department Administrative Office, Accounts Section, Immigration office, Ground Floor, Independence House, Victoria as of Monday 11th April 2022 from 09:00 am to 2:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR200.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 18th April 2022 not later than 12:00 noon.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and the Business Registration Number/ NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 19th April 2022 at 10.00 am.  The meeting point shall be at the SACOS Flat Car Park.

Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF STONE RETAINING WALL ,CULVERT & REPAIRING OF EXISTING DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT QUINCY-ANSE ETOILEAND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:30 AM ON  TUESDAY 3RD MAY 2022.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
