CONSTRUCTION OF STONE RETAINING WALL ,CULVERT & REPAIRING OF EXISTING DRAINAGE AT QUINCY-ANSE ETOILE

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Ministry of Lands and Housing, Infrastructure Department Administrative Office, Accounts Section, Immigration office, Ground Floor, Independence House, Victoria as of Monday 11^th April 2022 from 09:00 am to 2:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR200.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 18^th April 2022 not later than 12:00 noon.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and the Business Registration Number/ NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 19^th April 2022 at 10.00 am.  The meeting point shall be at the SACOS Flat Car Park.

Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF STONE RETAINING WALL ,CULVERT & REPAIRING OF EXISTING DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT QUINCY-ANSE ETOILE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:30 AM ON  TUESDAY 3^RD MAY 2022.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
