FLOOD MITIGATION PROJECT – DE-SILTING OF VICTORIA AND MONT FLEURI STORM WATER CHANNELS

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms for Class 1 and 2 registered and

licensed contractors operating in Seychelles with experience in De-silting/excavation    works.

DIVISION INTO LOTS: The tender has been divided into four (4) lots. Bidders can participate in all Lots but will be eligible to be awarded with one (1) Lot Only.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Victoria, Mont Fleuri

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 3-4 calendar weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Climate Change

Division office at Ex- English River Clinic – English River as of Tuesday 10th May May 2022 from

9:00am to 3:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR. 150.00 each. The deadline date for

obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 12th May 2022 before 3:00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Interested bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 13th May 2022 at 9:30 pm. The meeting point shall be at Climate Change Division – Ex English River Clinic, English River. Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “DE-SILTING OF VICTORIA AND MONT FLEURI STORM WATER CHANNELS” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 1000 HRS ON WEDNESDAY 18TH MAY 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000 HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
