PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Friday 17^th  June 2022 at 9.30am. The meeting place shall be outside Grand Anse Mahe Petrol Station

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “MAJOR RENOVATION WORKS ON THREE BLOCK FLATS AT EX TROIAN – GRAND ANSE MAHE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR    MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM THURSDAY 30^TH JUNE 2022 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
