RE -ROOFING WORKS ON EIGHT (8) BLOCK OF FLAT AT DAN LIMON – BEOLIERE- PORT GLAUD

 SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Friday 10^th June 2022 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 17^th June 2022 not later than 2.30pm

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Monday 20^th June 2022 at 9.30am. The meeting place shall be outside the Grand Anse Mahe Petrol Station.

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in the disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RE- ROOFING WORKS ON EIGHT (8) BLOCK OF FLAT AT DAN LIMON - BEOLIERE” AND  DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR  MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON THURSDAY 30^TH JUNE 2022 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
