PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 1 month

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained on Praslin from the SLTA’s Office, Amitie, Grand Anse Praslin as of Friday 10th June 2022 from 08:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 17th June 2022not later than 1:00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Monday 20th June 2022 at 10:30 am and the meeting place will be at the Car Park next to the Baie Ste Anne Playing Field opposite the Baie Ste Anne Hospital. 

Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder from the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF BUS SHELTER AT BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE AT BAIE STE ANNE PRASLINDA’S OFFICE BEFORE 10:00 AM ON MONDAY 04TH JULY 2022.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
