PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 5 working days

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment, Accounts Section, Botanical Garden, Mont Fleuri as of  Monday 20th June 2022 from 9:00am to 3:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR. 150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 27th June 2022 before 3:00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Interested bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 28th June 2022 at 10:45 am. The meeting point shall be at the School of Advance Level Studies Car Park. Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “DE-SILTING OF MARSH CHANNEL AT REMIZ HOUSING ESTATE, ANSE ROYALE”. AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 1030 HRS ON WEDNESDAY 06TH JULY 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030 HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
