SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:
Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation Office at Pension Fund Complex, Room No. 17 at Grand Anse Mahe as from Tuesday 12th July 2022 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 18th July 2022 not later than 2.30pm 

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday 19th July 2022 at 10.30am. The meeting place shall be at Moulinien Housing Estate -Baie Ste Anne Praslin.

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in the disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “MAINTENANCE WORK ON BLOCK J AND K AT MOULINIEN HOUSING ESTATE- BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION OFFICE, PENSION FUND COMPLEX, ROOM 17, GRAND ANSE PRASLIN. BEFORE 10.00AM ON TUESDAY 02ND AUGUST 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
