ROOFING WORK AT GRAND ANSE PRASLIN ICE PLANT

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles Fishing Authority, Procurement Section, Espace Building or at the Seychelles Fishing Authority Praslin Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin as of Wednesday 13th July 2022 at 1000hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 21st July 2022 at 1500hrs.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 22nd July 2022 at 1100hrs. The meeting point shall be at the Grand Anse Praslin Ice Plant. Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “ROOFING WORKS AT GRAND ANSE PRASLIN ICE PLANT”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE,VICTORIA OR AT THE SEYCHELLES FISHING AUTHORITY PRASLIN OFFICE, BAIE ST ANNE PRASLIN BEFORE 1000HRS ON THURSDAY 04TH AUGUST 2022.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
