The deadline for purchase of the tender document is Monday 18th July 2022not later than 15:00pm.

PRE-BID MEETING / SITE VISIT

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 02nd August 2022 at 10am. The meeting point will be at the Pointe Larue DA’s Office. This will be followed by a mandatory site visit immediately after the meeting. The meeting is in the parking area of the Pte DA;s office.

Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend the Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

Completed tenders must be submitted in a sealed enveloped clearly marked “Contract S069 -Construction of Sewage Pumping Station and Sewage Network for Mirabelle and France Joseph Housing Estates to PUC Network at Pointe Larue” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Seychelles not later than Tuesday 16th August 2022 at 10.00 AM.

Any tender received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.

Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10.00am on the Tuesday 16th August 2022 2022 at the National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Seychelles
