Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts    Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Monday 01st August 2022 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300hrs to 1400hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR25/- each

Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 03rd August, 2022 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit :  Site visit will be conducted on Thursday 04th August, 2022 at 01:30Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Mont Buxton DA’s Office.

Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license & company of registration upon purchase of the tender dossier.

Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “REPARATION OF FOOTPATH AND RAILING AT MONT BUXTON-REF NB13/22”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE THURSDAY 11TH AUGUST, 2022 AT 11: 00AM.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM.

BIDDERS OR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
