LODGE APPLICATIONS FOR THE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE DESIGNATED PLOTS

The Government henceforth invites private Seychellois developers to lodge applications for the development of the designated plots

Collection of tender documents: The tender documents can be collected as from Monday 29^th August,2022 at 08.30 a.m on presentation of a written request to the Seychelles Investment Board Independence House Annex, Second Floor.

Deadline: The Deadline for collection of tender documents is at 3:00 p.m. on – Friday 9^th September, 2022.

Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit (Mandatory): The Pre-bid meeting will be schedule for Friday 16th September, 2022 at the National Tender Board Conference Room, 1st floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Mahe at 10:30 am. Failure to attend the pre-bid  meeting / site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

Submission of tenders: Tender bids should be completed in English, submitted in a sealed envelope with the caption ‘Tender for Lease of Land for Development of plot (e.g: B4597)–clearly written and deposited  in the tender box located at National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Seychelles, before 10.00 a.m. Tender will be opened immediately after closing at 10. 00. a.m at the venue mentioned above on Thursday 13^th October, 2022. SIB may extend the deadline for submission of Bids by issuing an addendum, in which case all rights and obligations of SIB and the Bidders previously subject to the original deadline will then be subject to the new deadline.
