TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE NETWORK FROM UPPER ROCHE BOIS HOUSING ESTATE TO EXISTING PUC NETWORK

The deadline to request tender document is on Friday 9th September 2022 not later than 2.30pm.


PRE-BID MEETING / SITE VISIT

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Monday 12th September 2022 at 10.00am. The meeting point will be at the Roche Bois Housing Estate Car Park. This will be followed by a mandatory site visit immediately after the meeting. The Meeting Point is at the Roche Bois Housing Estate.

Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend both the Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.


SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

Completed tenders must be submitted in a sealed enveloped clearly marked “CONTRACT S073 - CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE NETWORK FROM UPPER ROCHE BOIS HOUSING ESTATE TO EXISTING PUC NETWORK” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Seychelles not later than Monday 26th September 2022 at 10.00am.

Any tender received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.


TENDER OPENING

Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10.00am. on the Monday 26th September 2022 at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Seychelles.
