CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD ACCESS AND DRAINAGE IN EXCHANGE FOR A PLOT OF LAND IN THE ZONE 20 EXTENSION

The following are eligible to Express Interest on equal terms.

a) Must be Class 1 Contractor registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.
b) Must be experienced and have performed similar works
c) Must not be leasing industrial land nor having interest in industrial land in industrial estates.

The Pre-qualification document can be collected from the address below as well as for clarifications from Wednesday 07th September, 2022 to Wednesday 14th September, 2022 from 8:30 am to 12 pm.

The eligible Contractors must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked “Request for pre- qualification for the Construction of Road Access and Drainage in Exchange for a Plot of Land in The Zone 20 Extension” to the Chief Executive Officer, Industrial Estates Authority, Providence by 10:00 AM (Seychelles Time) on Friday 16th September, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.
