RENOVATION OF PUC’S INFRASTRUCTURE NO. 2 AT COTE D’OR, BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN

Subject: PUC intends to refurbish another of it’s infrastructure located at Cote d’Or on Baie Ste Anne Praslin. The Works will comprise of the following:

  1. Demolition works
  2. Tiling works
  3. Painting works
  4. Installation of sanitary appliances and fittings
  5. Installation of doors
  6. Installation of rain gutter and downpipe

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue and at PUC’s Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 each as from Thursday 15th September 2022 to Thursday 22nd September 2022 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 28th September 2022 at 10:00hrs at Conference Room, PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin.

Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site at Cote d’Or on Wednesday 28th September 2022 after the pre-bid meeting. 

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Renovation of PUC’s Infrastructure No. 2 at Cote d’Or, Baie Ste Anne Praslin” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé or at the PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 13th October 2022 at 11:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 13th October 2022 at 11:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé and at the PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin.

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the opening.
