Subject :  Renovation works in Kitchen Canteen at the Police Headquarters, Victoria.

Place of Performance :  Police Headquarter`s Victoria.

Performance Period :  One (1) Month.

Access to tender Dossier :  Tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Police Headquarters upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be as of as of Friday 16th September, 2022 to Wednesday 21st September, 2022 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs.

All interested Bidders should provide Copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

Official Site Visit :  A pre- bid meeting followed by a site visit has been organized for Thursday 22ndSeptember, 2022 at 10:00 am and the meeting place

shall be at Central Police Station, Headquarter’s Victoria.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

 

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, MAISON DE MAHE AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “RENOVATION WORKS IN KITCHEN CANTEEN AT THE POLICE HEADQUARTER`S, VICTORIA” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 10:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 03RD OCTOBER, 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE

MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
