REFURBISHMENT OF METAL ROOF STRUCTURE FOR THE AIRSIDE INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC WALKWAY AT SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

Performance Period : Eight (8) weeks from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahe as of Thursday 22nd September 2022 to Wednesday 28th September 2022 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR500/- each.

Closing Date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 28th September 2022 at 1500hrs

Pre-Tender Site Visit: : A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Thursday 06th October 2022 at 1000hrs. The meeting place shall be at the International Terminal, Seychelles International Airport.

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “REFURBISHMENT OF METAL ROOF STRUCTURE FOR THE AIRSIDE INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC WALKWAY AT SIA. and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria not later than 10.30hrs on TUESDAY 25th OCTOBER 2022. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10.30hrs (Seychelles Time) at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
