TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTPATH & INSTALLATION OF CRASH BARRIER AT ROCHE CAIMAN BRIDGE

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Roche caiman

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Four (4) Weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1^st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Tuesday 25^th October 2022 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 02^nd November 2022 not later than 3.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 03^rd November 2022 at 10.30 am and the meeting place will be at Angel Fish Marina, Roche Caiman. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTPATH & INSTALLATION OF CRASH BARRIER AT ROCHE CAIMAN BRIDGE”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.30AM ON THURSDAY 17^TH NOVEMBER 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
