Performance Period: 10 Calendar Weeks

Access to Tender Dossier:  The Tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Procurement Unit, Department of Agriculture, Rooms F39 & F40, First Floor, Espace Building, from Friday 28th October 2022 between 9:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm-2:30pm, against payment of a non–refundable fee of SR 150/- each.

Closing to obtain Tender Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the Tender Dossier is Friday 04th November 2022 at 2:30pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide proof of a valid license Class 2 upon purchase of the Tender Dossier.  Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the Tender Dossier prior to purchase.

Site Visit: A site information meeting has been organised for Monday 07th November 2022, at 11:00 am. The meeting location shall be at Agriculture Department’s store located at Grand Anse Mahé.

Please note that it is mandatory for bidders to attend to site information meeting.  Failure to attend the site information meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

Submission of Tenders:                      

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, MAISON DE MAHE AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “RENOVATION AND ALTERATION WORKS AT THE AGRICULTURAL STORE, GRAND ANSE MAHÉ” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD MAISON DE MAHE NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 16TH NOVEMBER, 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00 AM (SEYCHELLES TIME).  BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
