RECONSTRUCTION OF VANILLA BRIDGE AT LA PASSE - LA DIGUE.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  Two (2) Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Accounts Office at Dreamgate complex, Block B, 1st Floor, Ile Du Port, at the SLTA’s Office, Amitie, Grand Anse Praslin and on La Digue from the DA’s Office, La Passe as of Wednesday 9th November 2022 from 9:00 am to 12.00am and 1.00pm to 3.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 16th November 2022 not later than 3.00pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 17th November 2022 at 10:00 am and the meeting place will be at the Passenger Terminal, La Passe, La Digue.  Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “RECONSTRUCTION OF VANILLA BRIDGE AT LA PASSE, LA DIGUE.” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, LA DIGUE DA’S OFFICE OR DA’S OFFICE AT BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN BEFORE11:00 AM ON MONDAY 28TH NOVEMBER 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
