REFURBISHMENT OF CEILING, ELECTRICAL REWIRING, TELEPHONE AND NETWORK RECABLING AT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (FSA) ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT BOIS DE ROSE AVENUE.

Eligibility: The Following are eligible to tender on equal terms.

  1. All Registered Contractors with a Valid Class 1 license operating in Seychelles.
  2. Shall have the legal capacity to enter into a contract with the FSA.
  3. Shall not have been suspended from participating in any tender in line with Section 94 of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

Conditions: At least 5 years’ experience in construction works.

Place of Performance:   Financial Services Authority Zone (Ex-SIBA) at Bois De Rose Avenue.

Performance Period: Three (3) Months.

Access to Tender Dossier: The tender document can be obtained from Financial Services Authority (FSA) Reception Office, Bois De Rose Avenue, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles as of Thursday 17th November, 2022 between 09:00 a.m. to 3pm. The deadline to collect or request the tender documents is Friday 25th November, 2022 at 12.00 p.m.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of a valid license and Business Registration Number / NIN upon collection of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier.

Pre-Tender Meeting/ Site Visit: A mandatory pre-tender meeting/ site visit will be conducted on Tuesday 29th November, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting point is at the FSA Building, Bois De Rose Avenue.  Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDER MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “REFURBISHMENT OF CEILING, ELECTRICAL REWIRING, TELEPHONE AND NETWORK RECABLING AT THE FSA ADMINISTRATION BUILDING” AND BE PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX SITUATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 10:00AM ON TUESDAY 13th DECEMBER, 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 A.M. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
