PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 5 months

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender documents shall be obtained at the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office at Room No. 8 as from Monday 12th December 2022 from 9.00am to 3.00pm against a non- refundable fee of SR 500.00 payable at the cashier office room No. 8. Deadline for obtaining the tender documents is on Thursday 15th December2022 at 3.00pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & Information Meeting has been scheduled for Friday 16th December 2022 at 9.30am, meeting place shall be at Anse Aux Pins Bus Terminal.

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RE-ROOFING AND CEILING WORKS ON BLOCKS A & B  AT EX ONEZIME ESTATE – ANSE AUX PINS”  AND MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DEMAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON TUESDAY 10TH JANUARY 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
