The Deadline to obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 09th February 2023 at 3pm.

PRE-BID MEETING / SITE VISIT

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Monday 13th February 2023 at 9.30am. The meeting point will be at the Pointe Larue DA’s Office. This will be followed by a mandatory site visit immediately after the meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend the Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

Completed tenders must be submitted in a sealed enveloped clearly marked “CONTRACT S073 -CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE NETWORK AND PRE-FABRICATED PUMPING STATION AT EX-ALBERT HOUSING ESTATE POINTE LARUE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Seychelles not later than 11.00AM on Monday 27th February 2023

Any tender received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.

TENDER OPENING

Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 11.00am on the Monday 27th February 2023 at the National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Seychelles.
