LAYING OF 225MM HDPE PIPELINE FROM FOND BOFFAY TREATMENT WORK TO BAIE STE ANNE

Eligibility:  All Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.

Subject: As a measure to improve the supply of water at Baie Ste Anne, PUC is opting to lay a HDPE pipeline from Fond Boffay Treatment Work to Baie Ste Anne. The Works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Excavation Works (in earth, asphalt and concrete)
  2. Pipeline works of 160mm HDPE
  3. Backfilling and Compaction works
  4. Construction of concrete structures (corbels, pillars, slab, etc.)
  5. Pressure Testing

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue and PUC’s Office, Power Station, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Tuesday 7th February 2023 to Monday 13th February 2023 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Friday 17th February 2023 at 10:00hrs at the Conference Room atPUC office, Power Station, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin.

Followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site starting from Fond Boffay Treatment Work on Friday 17th February 2023 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Laying of 225mm HDPE Pipeline from Fond Boffay Treatment Work to Baie Ste Anne” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé or at the PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 06th March 2023 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 06th March 2023 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé and at the PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
