ROOFING WORKS ON (2) TWO SEMI DETACHED UNITS AT COPOLIA, PLAISANCE

ELIGIBILITY:

The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractor with class Two (2) and Three (3) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 2 months

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Monday 6^th March 2023 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR500.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 10^th February 2023 not later than 2.30pm

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Monday 13^th February 2023 at 10.00am. The meeting place shall be outside DA’s Office, Plaisance

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RE ROOFING WORKS ON TWO SEMI DETACHED UNITS AT COPOLIA” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR , MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON MONDAY 27^TH MARCH 2023 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
