ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Anse Aux Pins

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 16 calendar weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles Infrastructure Agency( SIA) Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House, Victoria as of Wednesday 22nd  March 2023 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 29th March 2023 not later than 12:00 noon.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid licenseand the Business Registration Number/ NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING /SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 4th April 2023 at 9.30 am.  The meeting point shall be at the Anse Aux Pins District Administration Office.

Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD, DRAINS AND RETAINING WALL AT THE CAYOLE LAND BANK PROJECT, ANSE AUX PINS” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR,  MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:30 AM ON TUESDAY 18TH APRIL 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
