ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 & 2 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

SUBJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF GEAR STORES, BOUNDARY WALL AND ACCESS ROAD OPPOSITE THE FISH MARKET AT GLACIS

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: GLACIS                          

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 12 MONTHS

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SEYCHELLES FISHING AUTHORITY, ESPACE BUILDING, ACCOUNTS SECTION as of FRIDAY 14TH APRIL 2023 at 1000hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be THURSDAY 20TH APRIL 2023 at 1500hrs.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on FRIDAY 21ST APRIL 2023 at 0900hrs.  The meeting point shall be at GLACIS FISH MARKET. Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF GEAR STORES, BOUNDARY WALL AND ACCESS ROAD OPPOSITE THE FISH MARKET AT GLACIS” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR,  MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE   WEDNESDAY 3RD MAY 2023AT 1000hrs TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000hrs.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
