CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING FACILITY AT KAN TOBRUK HOUSING ESTATE - (SANS SOUCIS).

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, and Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Wednesday 19^th April 2023 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR500.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be  Wednesday 26^th April 2023 not later than 2.30pm

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 27^th April 2023 at 10.30am. The meeting place shall be at the Kan Toburk Housing Estate - Sans Soucis.

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING FACILTIY AT KAN TOBURK HOUSING ESTATE- SANS SOUCIS.” AND MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD  (NTB), 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, BEFORE 10.30AM WEDNESDAY 10^TH MAY 2023 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
