WIDENING OF EXISTING ROAD AT LA PLAINE HOLLANDAISE, GRAND ANSE PRASLIN (PHASE 4)

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors CLASS 1 & 2 ONLY registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: La Plaine Hollandaise, Grand Anse Praslin.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 120 working days

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained on Praslin from the SLTA’s Office, Amitie, Grand Anse Praslin as of Wednesday 24th May, 2023 from 08:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR200.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 31st May, 2023 not later than 3:00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 1st June, 2023 at 9.00 am and the meeting place will be at the Britannia Hotel, Grand Anse Praslin. 

Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder from the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “WIDENING OF EXISTING ROAD AT LA PLAINE HOLLANDAISE, GRAND ANSE PRASLIN (PHASE 4)”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, MASION DE MAHE, VICTORIA, MAHE OR BAIE STE ANNE PRASLINDA’S OFFICE BEFORE 10:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY 14TH JUNE, 2023.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
